HeatVision reports that Ian McShane (Deadwood, Pirates 4) has been cast as the king in Bryan Singer’s Jack The Giant Killer. Nicholas Hoult (X-Men First Class) plays farmer boy/hero Jack and Eleanor Tomlinson as the kidnapped princess he quests to rescue from the giants. Stanley Tucci, Ewan McGregor, Bill Nighy and John Kassir (Tales From The Crypt) also have roles.
